Ensure if we have caterings and confirm with the chefs that they are aware to prepare meals Technology Check Verify the functionality of all online tablets. (on and working) and connected to Network (Check periodically) Ensure the telephone is operational with a dial tone and fully charged DURING SHIFT EXPECTATIONS Food Inventory Check * Confirm Warmer stocks: Patties, Fried Chicken, and Fried Dumplings Daily cutting and restocking of all cakes Monitor cake dates and maintain cake fridge temperatures Hygiene and Maintenance Clean the Drink dispenser on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays Log and Organization Fill out the Envelope log Ensure under the counter is clean and organized before opening Customer Interaction Greet every customer entering during your shift with the question: "Is this your first time at Island Quizine?"
