Must be done to order Ensure all serving items are fully stocked: Cups, lids, straws, spoons, fork, and napkin etc Ensure all bags #2 #12 #20 and plastic bags and condiments are fully stocked etc Ensure menus, receipt rolls, application, envelopes, pens, change is readily available Ensure patties are available in the warmer DURING SHIFT EXPECTATIONS DURING SHIFT * Cut and restock cakes as needed Ensure the filing cabinet is clean and organized Ensure dining area is always clean and tidy during shifts Complete envelop log CLOSING PROCEDURES Closing Ensure drink dispensers are replenished for the opening shift Clean up the entire work area, counters, register area and frontline.
